AISlide is a mobile app that turns a topic you type into a finished presentation. This policy explains what the app processes, who it is shared with, and how to have it deleted. It covers the AISlide iOS and Android apps and this website.

1. You do not create an account

AISlide signs you in anonymously through Firebase Authentication. That produces a random identifier for your install, which is what your presentations and credits are attached to. We do not ask for, and do not receive, your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

Because the identifier lives on the device, deleting the app or switching devices means a new identifier is created and previous presentations are no longer reachable.

2. What the app processes

Content you provide

• The topic or text you type, plus the options you pick: format, number of cards, tone, audience, level of detail, language, image style, and any extra instructions.
• The presentations generated from that input, including slide images and PDF or PPTX exports, stored so your library keeps working between sessions.

Purchases

• Subscription and credit-pack events (product identifier, purchase and expiry dates, entitlement status) received from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, together with the credit balance and usage history we keep for your anonymous identifier.
• Payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google. We never see or store card numbers or billing addresses.

Technical data

• App version, operating system, device model, and diagnostic or error logs produced when a request fails, used to keep the service working.

There are no advertisements in AISlide, no advertising identifiers, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for behavioural advertising.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service: generating, storing, and exporting your presentations. This is the performance of our agreement with you.
• To run purchases and credits: validating subscriptions and granting the credits you paid for.
• To keep it working and safe: diagnosing failures, preventing abuse of the generation quota. This is our legitimate interest in a reliable service.

4. Services we rely on

These providers process data on our behalf so the app can function. They are bound to use it only for that purpose.

• Google Firebase — anonymous authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, and server functions. Firebase privacy.
• RevenueCat — validates purchases and tracks entitlements against your anonymous identifier. RevenueCat privacy.
• Apple and Google — app distribution, in-app payments, and subscription management.

5. Where data is stored

Presentations and account records are stored in Google Cloud regions in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that means your data is transferred outside your region; those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses entered into with our providers.

6. How long it is kept

• Presentations and their exports stay until you delete them in the app or ask us to remove them.
• Credit and purchase records are kept while the anonymous identifier exists, so a balance survives an app restart, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations.
• Diagnostic logs are kept for a short period, then discarded.

7. Your choices and rights

You can delete any presentation from your library at any time, which removes its stored slides and exports. Subject to local law, you can also ask for access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of the data tied to your identifier, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Email support@mobilecraft.io from the device you use AISlide on and we will help identify the right records. Because accounts are anonymous, we may be unable to locate your data without information only you can provide, and we cannot honour a request we cannot verify.

Purchases and subscriptions are managed in your Apple or Google account, not by us.

8. Children

AISlide is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). We do not knowingly process their data. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the associated records.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our cloud providers. Access rules restrict every presentation to the identifier that created it, and server keys for third-party APIs are held only on the server, never in the app. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. This website

aislide.app is a static site served by Firebase Hosting. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Firebase Hosting keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

11. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page, and for material changes we will make it noticeable in the app before the change takes effect.
