Privacy Policy

AISlide turns your instructions and source material into presentations. This policy explains what the AISlide apps and website process, why we process it, who receives it, and how you can delete it.

AISlide is published by MobileCraft LLC, Wyoming, USA. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@mobilecraft.io.

1. Accounts

When you first open AISlide, we create an account with a random username and internal account identifier. You do not need to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.

You may connect an email address so you can sign in on another device. We send a one-time code to verify it and do not use it for marketing. You can delete your account in Settings.

2. Information we process and why

• Instructions and settings — your prompt and choices such as language, tone, template, slide count, and whether to use web search. We use these to create and edit your presentation.
• Documents you attach — files such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text, Markdown, or CSV. We upload them to our servers and send them to the generation services that build your deck. Only upload material you have permission to use, and avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive personal information.
• Presentations and exports — generated slides, previews, and PDF or PowerPoint files. We store them so your library works across sessions and devices.
• Account and usage records — your internal account identifier, subscription tier, and generation times. We use these to operate the service, enforce rolling usage limits, and prevent abuse.
• Purchases — product, entitlement, and expiry information received from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Apple and Google process payment details; card numbers and billing addresses do not reach AISlide.
• Notifications — if you opt in, an Expo push token and app language. We use them to send presentation status updates.
• Analytics and diagnostics — app and device details, screen views, feature activity, crash reports, and server request logs. Analytics and crash reports may be associated with your internal AISlide account identifier, subscription status, and app language. We do not send your presentation prompt to Firebase Analytics.

AISlide has no advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or cross-app behavioural tracking.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process account, generation, and purchase information to provide the service you requested; notifications with your consent; analytics and security information for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and safe service; and information when necessary to comply with law.

3. Services that receive information

We use the following services to operate AISlide:

• AISlide's presentation-generation service, powered by Presenton — receives your prompt, settings, edit instructions, and attached documents. It may use model and web-search providers to create the requested deck.
• fal.ai — generates images from descriptions supplied by the presentation service.
• Hosting and storage providers — run our PocketBase backend and store account records, source files, presentations, and exports.
• RevenueCat — validates purchases and tracks entitlements. RevenueCat privacy.
• Google Firebase — provides Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and website hosting. Firebase privacy.
• Expo — provides app updates and relays push notifications to Apple or Google.
• Apple and Google — distribute the app, process in-app purchases, and deliver platform services such as notifications.

Older AISlide generation workflows used z.ai, Docmee, and Mistral. They may process content only when completing or recovering a presentation originally created through those workflows.

4. Storage, transfers, and retention

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

• Presentations, attached documents, and exports are kept until you delete the presentation or your account. A deletion is hidden from your library immediately; removal from remote systems may take a short time while cleanup completes.
• Generation usage records are kept while needed to enforce rolling limits, protect the service, and resolve related disputes.
• Subscription records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat are retained under their policies and legal obligations.
• Server logs, analytics, and crash reports are kept under our configured retention periods and the applicable provider's policies.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups, security logs, or records we must keep by law, and is removed or de-identified when those purposes end.

5. Your choices and rights

• Delete a presentation from its menu in the app.
• Delete your account and associated presentations in Settings.
• Turn notifications off in your device settings.
• Subject to local law, request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Send requests to support@mobilecraft.io. If you did not connect an email address, include the account identifier shown in the app so we can verify the request. Subscription cancellation is handled in your Apple or Google account.

6. Security and children

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls that restrict records to the account that created them. Secret provider credentials are kept on our servers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AISlide is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age, and we do not knowingly process their information. If you believe a child has used AISlide, contact us so we can investigate and delete the account where appropriate.

7. This website

aislide.app is a static site on Firebase Hosting. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Firebase Hosting may keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

8. Changes and contact

We update the date above when this policy changes. We will make material changes noticeable in the app before they take effect where required.
