Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and MobileCraft LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), for the AISlide apps, website, and related services. By using AISlide, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use AISlide.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law requires it, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use AISlide for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

2. Licence to use AISlide

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AISlide on devices you own or control for personal or business purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, or try to extract source code or secret API credentials, except where law does not allow that restriction.

3. Your content and generated presentations

You keep your rights in the prompts, documents, and other material you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, transmit, reproduce, and adapt that material only as needed to operate, secure, and provide AISlide. We may sublicense those rights to service providers that perform those functions for us. This licence ends when the material is deleted, except for temporary backups, security records, and information we must retain by law.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so.

We do not claim ownership of generated presentations. You may use them, including commercially, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that generated content is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party claims.

4. AI output

Presentations are generated automatically. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or similar to content generated for someone else. Check facts, figures, sources, and image rights before you present, publish, or rely on a deck. AISlide does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AISlide to:

• break the law or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• create hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or harmful content;
• impersonate others or present unverified generated content as verified fact;
• scrape or automate the service, evade limits, probe security, or overload infrastructure; or
• share, resell, or pool account access or subscription entitlements.

We may remove content we are legally required to remove and may limit, suspend, or terminate access that violates these rules.

6. Fair use

Premium does not use credits or a fixed monthly presentation allowance. It is subject to rolling daily and short-term usage limits that prevent abuse, control generation costs, and keep the service available. Free accounts have lower limits. The app shows the limits that apply and, when a limit is reached, when access is expected to reset.

These limits apply to generating presentations. Editing, exporting, and opening existing presentations do not count. Sharing accounts, using automation, or creating extra accounts to evade a limit violates these terms.

We may adjust limits to address abuse, capacity, or material changes in service costs. If a change materially reduces a paid subscription, we will make it noticeable before it takes effect where required. Reaching a limit does not extend a subscription period.

7. Subscriptions and payment

• AISlide Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, included features, and any trial are shown before purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your Apple or Google account before the platform's renewal deadline. Deleting the app or your AISlide account does not cancel it.
• Apple or Google collects payment and handles refunds under its terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
• Price or subscription changes apply under the store's rules and from the billing period communicated by the store or in the app.

8. Availability and termination

AISlide relies on third-party AI and cloud services. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, and capacity limits may prevent or delay generation.

You may stop using AISlide at any time. Deleting the app does not delete your account, stored presentations, or subscription. You can delete your account in Settings and manage your subscription through Apple or Google. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms or if we discontinue AISlide.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AISlide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer protections.

10. App store terms

If you downloaded AISlide from Apple, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies where these terms are silent. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance and is a third-party beneficiary that may enforce the applicable provisions of these terms. If you downloaded AISlide from Google Play, Google's applicable terms also apply. You confirm that you are not prohibited from using AISlide under applicable US export-control or sanctions laws.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and make material changes noticeable before they take effect where required. Continuing to use AISlide after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live and any right to bring claims in your local courts.
