Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and MobileCraft ("we", "us") for the AISlide app and this website. Installing or using AISlide means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

1. Who can use AISlide

You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires it) and able to enter a binding contract. If you use AISlide for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AISlide on devices you own or control, for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or API keys from the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Your input and your presentations

You keep the rights to the text you enter. You grant us the licence needed to process it, transmit it to the AI provider that builds your deck, and store the result so your library works. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you submit.

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the underlying model and image providers, the presentations you generate are yours to use, including commercially.

4. AI output

Presentations are generated automatically. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and similar prompts can produce similar decks for different users. Check facts, figures, and any image licensing before you present or publish. AISlide does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and output is not a substitute for it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AISlide to:

break the law, or infringe someone's IP, privacy, or publicity rights;
create content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or that facilitates harm;
impersonate a person or organisation, or present generated content as verified fact when you have not verified it;
interfere with the service: automated scraping, circumventing credit limits, probing security, or overloading our infrastructure;
share, resell, or pool access, credits, or entitlements with others.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these rules, and we may remove content we are legally required to remove.

6. Credits

Generating and exporting presentations consumes credits. Premium includes a credit allowance that refreshes each billing month and does not roll over. Credit packs bought separately stay available until spent.

Starting a generation reserves an estimated number of credits and settles at the actual cost once the deck is finished; unused reserved credits are released. If a generation costs more than your balance, the shortfall is carried against your next allowance. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn, and are not refundable except where the law requires it.

7. Subscriptions and payment

AISlide Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing period, and any trial are shown before you confirm.
It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in your Apple or Google account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Charges are collected by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them, and their policy applies. Consumer rights of withdrawal in your country are unaffected.
We may change prices or what is included. Changes apply from the next billing period, and we will make them visible in the app before they take effect.

8. Availability

AISlide depends on third-party AI and cloud services, so features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and maintenance, provider outages, or quota limits can prevent generation.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, AISlide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of AISlide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Termination

You may stop using AISlide at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive termination — licences you granted for content already processed, disclaimers, liability limits — continue to apply.

12. App Store terms

If you installed AISlide from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies where these terms are silent. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on a prohibited-parties list.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be made noticeable in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use AISlide after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MobileCraft is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections and the right to bring claims in the courts of the country where you live.
